"Popup tent with accessory shelf" was invented by Travis G. Gaber (McKinney, Texas).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A popup tent includes an accompanying storage shelf constructed with an elastomeric mesh that is attachable to the canopy support frame. The shelf is secured immediately below the canopy to provide an elevated, peripheral storage shelf for personal items."
The patent was filed on March 12, 2024, under Application No. 18/602,276.
