According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "Disclosed herein is a lock box that includes an upper portion, a lower portion, a lock, and a hinge. The lower portion is connected to upper portion. One or more connectors are attached to the lower portion and are detachably connectable to one or more anchors. The lock locks the upper portion and the lower portion together at a first end. The hinge connecting the upper portion and the lower portion together at a second end."
