According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "An inflatable cushion that is orally inflatable using exhaled air. The inflatable cushion also can be inflated by breathing into an inflation chamber portion of the cushion and then squeezing the inflation chamber (e.g., with a user's hands and fingers), thereby increasing the pressure, to push additional air into the passages and channels to fill the seat cushion.
