According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A low-profile motorcycle dolly comprises a pair of parallel rods, at least one motorcycle wheel support assembly, and a center kickstand assembly. The motorcycle wheel support assembly comprises a pair of caster subassemblies and a motorcycle wheel plate. Each caster subassembly attaches to one of the rods respectively.
