According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "Use of H3K9me3 modulation for enhancing cognitive function and treating anxiety related disorders is presented. A composition is administered to the subject comprising a therapeutically effective amount of a SUV39H1 inhibitor comprising analogs of ETP69. The therapeutically effective amount is effective in treating cognitive dysfunction in aging and age-related disorders."
