ALEXANDRIA, Va., March 3 -- United States Patent no. 12,564,616, issued on March 3.
"Composition for respiratory diseases" was invented by Sol Gersh (Bal Harbour, Fla.).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A composition for the treatment and providing quick relief for respiratory diseases, such as Flu and Asthma. The composition includes reduced Glutathione; Mentha oil; Pyrroloquinoline quinone; Wintergreen oil; sodium nitrate; oxymetazoline hydrochloride; and excipients. The composition is administered through the nasal route."
The patent was filed on April 19, 2024, under Application No. 18/641,028.
