US Patent Issued on March 24 for "Pressure water heater" (California Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., March 24 -- United States Patent no. 12,584,655, issued on March 24.

"Pressure water heater" was invented by Michael Haney (Modesto, Calif.), James Tygart (Modesto, Calif.) and Gary Tackett (Modesto, Calif.).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "This innovative, top-quality product ensures a fully operational device that will benefit all individuals interested in a cost effective means to convert a cold water pressure washer into a hot water pressure washer. Thus the user will have the full benefit of the cleaning capabilities of both a hot water pressure washer and a cold water pressure washer."
