ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 16 -- United States Patent no. 12,667,448, issued on June 30.
"Dental devices and related methods" was invented by Christopher C. Sappenfield (Goodyear, Ariz.) and Jinky E. Sacaguing (Granada Hills, Calif.).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "Provided herein are handheld dental devices useful in performing a wide variety of dental procedures, including crown removal applications. Related methods of administering dental therapy to patients' are also provided."
The patent was filed on Nov. 9, 2024, under Application No. 18/942,522.
