According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A grip for a golf club has a higher gripping force than in the past, and with a good gripping feel. A grip has a cylindrical part and a plurality of projections are formed on the surface. First projections are formed in a scale shape, and when a golfer swings the golf club, these are formed to dig into the golfer's hand gloves.
