"ThinSat constellations that are a group of satellites for carrying payloads for experimentation and data collection which are launched into and orbit through low earth orbit (LEO) and very low earth orbit (VLEO) conditions" was invented by Henry D Voss (Upland, Ind.), Jeff F Dailey (Upland, Ind.), Matthew C Voss (Upland, Ind.) and Matthew B. Orvis (Upland, Ind.).
