ALEXANDRIA, Va., Jan. 28 -- United States Patent no. 12,532,804, issued on Jan. 27.
"Processor control over the state (position, attitude or degree of openness) of discharge gates for mowers" was invented by Gregory M. Bond (Ozark, Mo.), David A. Thomas (Ozark, Mo.) and Matthew L. Thomas (Ozark, Mo.).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "Processor control over the state (position, attitude or degree of openness) of discharge gates for mowers provides an electronics package which senses or reckons the position of the discharge gate, and thereby provides users control thereover."
The patent was filed on Feb. 27, 2024, under Application No. 18/588,561.
