According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A personal, mobile sound system comprises a personal, mobile, outdoor, recreational sport platform capable of transporting a rider and having a flat surface. A mount is fixed to the flat surface of the sport platform and exposed to ambient conditions.
