"Biocide composition and methods of use" was invented by William Dale Storey (Red Deer, Canada) and Norman L. Arrison (Red Deer, Canada).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "The invention is directed to a biocidal composition formed by a reaction or combination of electrolyzed water and an amine, and methods for using same to kill or control microorganisms, such as viruses, bacteria, fungi and algae."
The patent was filed on July 19, 2022, under Application No. 17/868,480.
