According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "The present disclosure provides a breeder device with a lid-like body, wherein the breeder device includes a lip attachable to a breeding container. In some embodiments, the breeder device may include a breeder device access point, at least one aperture, a tray, and one or more stabilizing legs. In some aspects, breeding material may be added to a breeding container, wherein the breeder device may be configured to promote the reproduction of flies to produce larvae that may be fed to farm animals."...
