According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "An actuator assembly includes, a main body, a perimeter compressor, an actuator shaft, an actuator, and a sealing member. The perimeter compressor is slidable between a retracted position and an extended position. The actuator shaft extends through the main body and the perimeter compressor and is operably coupled with a proximal end of the actuator shaft to facilitate movement of the actuator shaft between the extended position and the retracted position.
