"Adjustable floor track and seating system for tiered seating" was invented by Chandler Scott Suprina (Northport, N.Y.).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "An adjustable floor track and seating system for including height-adjustable seating and corresponding height-adjustable footrests for tiered seating, particularly on a flat surface."
The patent was filed on April 29, 2024, under Application No. 18/648,877.
