According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A lure device for mimicking life-like movement of a piece of bait to attract and capture a fish includes a stem having a first end and a second end. A channel extends through the stem. A fishing line is slidably positioned within the channel. The channel includes an inlet that extends through an outer surface of the stem.
