"Substance for the treatment of poxvirus" was invented by Elena Sanchez Alonso (Opa Locka, Fla.).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A substance for the treatment of poxvirus including Anacardium occidentale seed extract oil, sunflower oil and an excipient. The Anacardium occidentale seed extract oil and the sunflower oil are mixed and heated together at a predetermined temperature. The excipient is aloe vera or white petrolatum. The substance is topically applied in human skin for relief of poxvirus infection symptoms."
