According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A solar panel shut-off system for remotely shutting down an electrical connection between a solar panel and a controller or a battery includes a vehicle having a rooftop, a base, and a sidewall extending therebetween. A solar panel is mounted to the rooftop. A battery is electronically coupled to the solar panel. A controller is electronically coupled to the solar panel and the battery to regulates a flow of electricity between the battery and the solar panel.
