According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A lifting rack j-hook phone/camera mount assembly is provided. The lifting rack j-hook phone/camera mount assembly includes a flexible arm that extends from an electronic device to the lifting rack frame member to selective attach to one of the plurality of holes along the frame member. A mounting peg and modified j-hook body is dimensioned and shaped to facilitate that selective attachment."
