"Forearm exerciser" was invented by Zejie Lv (Jinhua, China).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A forearm exerciser is provided, including an exerciser body, wherein the exerciser body is of a cylindrical structure and includes a winding portion in the middle and grip portions symmetrically arranged at both ends of the winding portion. A suspension rope is connected to the winding portion, and an inner ring for allowing the rod body to pass through is formed at a central axis of the exerciser body, so as to ensure the training effect of the forearm and ensure the safe training of a trainee."
