According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A magazine carrier has a frame insert that includes a bottom frame wall, a right frame wall, and a left frame wall. The bottom frame wall connects to the right frame wall and the left frame wall. A retainer plate has a retainer plate lower edge opposite the retainer plate upper edge, and a retainer plate right edge opposite a retainer plate left edge.
