"Multi-carrier connection design via intelligent exploitation of multi-user diversity in delay-doppler domain" was invented by Armed Tusha (Beykoz, Turkey) and Huseyin Arslan (Beykoz, Turkey).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "Disclosed is a multicarrier (MC) connection design via an intelligent exploitation of the multi-user diversity in delay-Doppler domain. Overall, the technology can play a key role as an enabler technology toward 5G and beyond communications systems with applications of NR-Lite, mMTC, eMBB, URLLC and SURLLC."
