According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "The disclosure belongs to the technical field of powder metallurgy, and provides a method for preparing an aluminum-based tubular target. The method includes: sleeve assembly, raw material mixing, powder filling, sleeve degassing, hot isostatic pressing, and finished product processing."
