Airmen assigned to the 54th Air Refueling Squadron at Altus Air Force Base, Oklahoma, hosted University of Texas at San Antonio Reserve Officers' Training Corps cadets aboard a U.S. Air Force KC-135 Stratotanker aircraft during an orientation flight departing from Kelly Field in San Antonio, Texas, on Oct. 21, 2026. The flight provided cadets with firsthand exposure to aerial refueling operations, including the refueling of F-16 Fighting Falcons, and an opportunity to learn about Air Force air mobility capabilities and mission execution.
