WASHINGTON, Sept. 18 -- United States Sentencing Commission has issued a notice called: Sentencing Guidelines for United States Courts.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on Sept. 18 by Carlton W. Reeves, Chair.

Summary: The United States Sentencing Commission hereby gives notice that the Commission has promulgated an amendment to the Guidelines Manual.This notice sets forth the text of the amendment and the reason for the amendment.
