PEMBROKE, N.C., April 8 -- The University of North Carolina at Pembroke issued the following news release:
UNC Pembroke offers a free, two-week bioprocessing course to prepare individuals for
entry-level roles in the biopharmaceutical manufacturing industry. UNCP collaborates
with five biopharmaceutical industries, including Amgen, Biogen, Novo Nordisk, Pfizer
and Fujifilm Diosynth.
The next training will be held from June 15-26 at the Biotechnology Research and Training
Center, 115 Livermore Drive, Pembroke, in the Carolina Commerce and Technology Park
(COMtech).
The course runs daily from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and is open to adults aged 18 or older
