FAYETTEVILLE, Ark., July 10 -- The University of Arkansas issued the following news release:
The University of Arkansas Police Department (UAPD), Emergency Management and the Division of Student Affairs will be filming a new Active Threat safety video on campus on July 14, 15, 16, 17and 20.
The project is part of an ongoing effort to update the university's active threat educational resources and provide the campus community with realistic, campus-specific guidance on how to respond during an active threat incident. The video being produced will also answer some of the most frequently asked questions that were received after the "swatting" incident that occurred on campus last fall.
