Graham Sanctioning Russia and Iran Act of 2026into law. On Wednesday, September 16, the legislation passed by a vote of 262-159 in the House of Representatives. Senator Britt played a leading role in the successful passage of the legislation, including in the Senate, where it passed overwhelmingly by a vote of 86-11 on August 7, 2026.
