U.S. CUSTOMS AND BORDER PROTECTION ISSUES RULE: PLEASURE VESSELS OF MALTA ENTITLED TO CRUISING LICENSES

WASHINGTON, Oct. 29 -- U.S. Customs and Border Protection has issued a rule called: Pleasure Vessels of Malta Entitled To Cruising Licenses.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on Oct. 29 by Susan S. Thomas, Executive Assistant Commissioner, Office of Trade, U.S. Customs and Border Protection.

Summary: This document amends U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) regulations by adding the Republic of Malta (Malta) to the list of countries whose pleasure vessels may be issued U.S. cruising licenses.
