WASHINGTON, Aug. 26 -- U.S. Customs and Border Protection has issued a rule called: Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) Electronic Export Manifest for Rail Cargo.
The rule was published in the Federal Register on Aug. 26 by Markwayne Mullin, Secretary of Homeland Security.
