WASHINGTON, May 21 -- U.S. Customs and Border Protection has issued a rule called: Arrival Restrictions Applicable to Flights Carrying Persons Who Have Recently Traveled From or Were Otherwise Present Within the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC), Uganda, or South Sudan.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on May 21 by Markwayne Mullin, Secretary, U.S. Department of Homeland Security.
