WASHINGTON, Dec. 12 -- U.S. Customs and Border Protection has issued a notice called: Accreditation and Approval of USA, Inc. (Corpus Christi, TX), as a Commercial Gauger and Laboratory.
The notice was published in the Federal Register on Dec. 12 by Patricia A. Coleman, Deputy Assistant Commissioner, Laboratories and Scientific Services.
Summary: Notice is hereby given, pursuant to CBP regulations, that Intertek USA, Inc. (Corpus Christi, TX), has been approved to gauge petroleum and certain petroleum products and accredited to test petroleum and certain petroleum products for customs purposes for the next three years as of September 5, 2024.
