FAIRFAX, Va., July 30 -- George Mason University issued the following news release:

A U.S. congressional delegation, including four members of the House of Representatives and officials from the U.S. Embassy in Seoul, visited George Mason University Korea on July 27 to learn more about the university's global education model and explore opportunities to expand U.S.-Korea educational cooperation.

The visit was initiated by Congressman Suhas Subramanyam, who represents Virginia's 10th district and proposed the trip to see firsthand how George Mason operates its global campus in Korea.
