Congressman Juan Ciscomani welcomes the committee passage of two of his bills, which support the resource management and conservation efforts of southeastern Arizona. The Critical Mineral Consistency Act of 2025 (H.R. 755) will increase the efficiency of resource development by streamlining the recognition of critical minerals. The Chiricahua National Park Act (H.R. 6380) will designate Chiricahua National Monument as a National Park to further preserve this unique area of public land while also bolstering tourism.
