NASHVILLE, Tenn. -The Tennessee Department of Economic and Community Development (TNECD), in partnership with Points Consulting, today announced 14 counties that will receive a Housing Market Analysis.
The counties are Carter, Clay, Cocke, Cumberland, Dickson, Greene, Marshall, Overton, Putnam, Sequatchie, Scott, Sullivan, Sumner and Unicoi. The plans will help the counties better understand their housing needs and provide steps that they can take to increase housing availability in their communities.
