WASHINGTON: The Subcommittee on Modernization and Innovation Chairwoman Stephanie Bice (OK-05) and Ranking Member Norma Torres (CA-35) are seeking actionable ideas to modernize how the House and the Legislative Branch, generally, work on behalf of the American People. The Subcommittee is particularly interested in bold, creative ideas that will help set the future direction of modernization in the House. Ideas can be submitted using this form or by visiting the Subcommittee's website. The window for submissions is from August 3 to August 31, 2026. The Subcommittee will provide an update on submissions later this fall.
