JOINT BASE PEARL HARBOR-HICKAM, Hawaii -
The Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency and the Papua New Guinea National Museum and Art Gallery signed a memorandum of understanding Sept. 8.
The MOU, signed in the atrium of the Daniel K. Inouye DPAA Center of Excellence, strengthens the partnership between the two organizations.
Jennifer Walsh, DPAA principal deputy director, and Dr. Greg Bablis, principal curator of the Modern History Branch at the Papua New Guinea National Museum and Art Gallery, spoke to gathered personnel on the importance of the agreement and the bilateral relationship between the United States and Papua New Guinea.
