TEXAS GLO POSTS AMENDMENT 1 TO THE STATE OF TEXAS 2021 WINTER STORMS ACTION PLAN FOR PUBLIC COMMENT

AUSTIN, Texas, Sept. 15 -- The Texas General Land Office issued the following news release:

Today, the Texas General Land Office (GLO) posted Amendment 1 to the State of Texas 2021 Winter Storms Action Plan for a federally required 30-day public comment period.

The amendment includes the following changes:

* Fire Facilities and Protective Measures (FFPM) program updated to a two-phased approach, including a call for projects phase followed by an application phase and stratification of selection criteria. * Grammatical, phrasing and formatting changes throughout the document.
