WASHINGTON, Jan. 21 -- Tennessee Valley Authority has issued a rule called: Implementation of the National Environmental Policy Act.
The rule was published in the Federal Register on Jan. 21 by Michael McCall, Vice President, Environment and Stewardship.
Summary: This interim final rule revises the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) procedures implementing the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA).
