Tompkins Cortland Community College's Malvika Talwar has been chosen for a prestigious fellowship. The Aspen Institute (Aspen) has announced that Talwar is one of 40 outstanding leaders from across the country chosen for the 2026-27 Aspen Rising Presidents Fellowship. Talwar, currently the Vice President for Institutional Effectiveness at TC3, was among the executive and senior community college leaders chosen for their potential to enact major reforms that deliver much stronger results for students.
