WASHINGTON, Nov. 18 -- Surface Transportation Board has issued a proposed rule called: Updating Class I Rail Carrier Reporting Requirements; Extension of Comment Period.
The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on Nov. 18 by Brendetta Jones, Clearance Clerk.
Summary: The Board provides notice that comments in this docket will now be due no later than November 24, 2025, and replies in this docket will be due no later than December 8, 2025.
