WASHINGTON, Oct. 2 -- Surface Transportation Board has issued a notice called: Alameda Belt Line-Operation Exemption-Board of Harbor Commissioners of the Port of Los Angeles, Board of Harbor Commissioners (Long Beach), Alameda Corridor Transportation Authority, and Union Pacific Railroad Company.
The notice was published in the Federal Register on Oct. 2 by Aretha Laws-Byrum, Clearence Clerk.
