U.S. Senator Dan Sullivan (R-Alaska) released the following statement after a federal judge in Alaska today issued a ruling (https://www.courtlistener.com/docket/71905243/51/defenders-of-wildlife-v-burgum/) that blocks a proposed land exchange (https://www.sullivan.senate.gov/newsroom/press-releases/delegation-welcomes-corps-permit-for-king-cove-road) to facilitate construction of a life-saving road between the isolated community of King Cove, Alaska, and nearby Cold Bay, which is home to an all-weather airport.
