WASHINGTON, June 26 -- Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration has issued a notice called: Solicitation for Public Comments on the Development of an Independent Accreditation System for Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic Expansion (CCBHC-E) Grant Recipients.
