Across the 37th Training Wing, enlisted leadership development is no longer left to chance but cultivated in Operation Lethal Backbone-Warhawk.
With the help of 10 highly motivated senior non-commissioned officers, Senior Master Sgt. Jon Reed, assigned to the 344th Training Squadron, built an innovative, hands-on, application-based developmental course dedicated to preparing the wing's newly selected staff sergeants for frontline leadership.
