U.S. Senator Lisa Blunt Rochester (D-Del.) released the following statement on the upcoming appropriations minibus under consideration by the Senate this week, which includes funding for Immigrations and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).
"The images we've seen of ICE and federal officers tearing families apart and using lethal force on American citizens are shameful and disturbing.
