MADISON, Wis., Aug. 16 -- The State of Wisconsin (University of Wisconsin-Madison) has issued a solicitation notice (Announcement) for Sole Source Purchase of an R&D Workflow platform on Aug. 13.

Bid Synopsis: The University of Wisconsin-Madison is waiving the normal bidding requirements for the purchase of hteControl and myhte platforms to support the ARPA-E AIFIXCAT research project in the Chemical & Biological Engineering department. The purchase will be made from hte GmbH, a German company based on Heidelberg, at a cost of approximately $190,405 (165,000 EUR). The University expects to issue a purchase order in August of 2026.
