Description: The State is issuing this RFP for the purpose of selecting a contractor to implement and maintain a Remote Video Interpreter Service, which will assist in improving clinical care and patient outcomes for a diverse population for patients who speak eighty five (85) different languages in the local health departments and regional health offices.
