Description: The State of Tennessee, Division of TennCare issues this Request for Information ("RFI") for the purpose of identifying available solutions currently in the market that meet the need of providing Early Periodic Screening, Diagnostic and Treatment (EPSDT) liaison services and support to primary care practices for increasing immunization rates, as well as a Behavioral Health Educational Program for pediatric primary care providers.
